...And I'm back! Took me a while. After I got sick, my husband got sick, and then it was hard to get motivated and get back to the gym.

Anywhoo... I did two ish miles on the eliptical tonight, about thirty minutes, and I've been eating really well and lost about 10lbs over the last few weeks. YAY!

Grandfather passed away last night, and I don't know what this week will bring with funeral plans and everything. Hopefully I can still get to the gym.

Feels good to be back. My body missed it.

Another two ish miles on the eliptical. It was lovely. Feeling good. Still eating good. I got a scale last week and it has helped me keep track of my weight makes me feel more in control of my health. It's nice.

Yet another two ish miles on the eliptical. I know it's not running, but I'm easing into it slowly so I don't get burned out.

My husband and I both signed up for the St. George Marathon last night. We're pretty excited, and also a bit freaked out about it!
