I came down with a pretty awesome cold right after my last run so it's been hard to get myself to the gym. I did go on Thursday to the gym and I rode the bike for about 20 minutes, but I wasn't feeling so hot so I didn't run. Today I hiked a bunch through the snow up to and from a cabin in the snow coming back from a YW's activity. And I'm going to count it as running miles. Also I pulled a girl through the snow on a plastic sled. I'm starting to feel better but the congestion has ended up in my lungs after being stuck in my sinuses for the last few days. I'm hoping to hit the ground running (literally) tomorrow. :) Here's to good health! At least my body feels good since I've started making the effort to be more fit!! |
