MADE A BREAKTHROUGH!! Usually when I get tired while running I stop and walk, tonight I just slowed my pace and ran right through it and I felt really great the whole time! It feels really great to have a breakthrough run because I wasn't feeling so hot before I went and I didn't run yesterday because time got away from me.

Tonight's run was awful. 

We're visiting family in southern Utah and I ran on my parents' treadmill.

I hate their treadmill. It's a lifesucker.

Glad I did it, but mostly glad it's over.

So I sort of took four days off... BUT I'm back and I had a great run!!

Michael Jackson's "They Don't Really Care About Us" kept me going in that last tough part of the run :)

Good run. It has been tough lately to motivate myself out the door, but I never regret it when I do go. Luckily I have lots of supporters... now if they would only come and clean my apartment... :)

I came down with a pretty awesome cold right after my last run so it's been hard to get myself to the gym. I did go on Thursday to the gym and I rode the bike for about 20 minutes, but I wasn't feeling so hot so I didn't run.

Today I hiked a bunch through the snow up to and from a cabin in the snow coming back from a YW's activity. And I'm going to count it as running miles. Also I pulled a girl through the snow on a plastic sled.

I'm starting to feel better but the congestion has ended up in my lungs after being stuck in my sinuses for the last few days.

I'm hoping to hit the ground running (literally) tomorrow. :)

Here's to good health! At least my body feels good since I've started making the effort to be more fit!!
